Disco to the rescue
Went tobogganing today with the kids after recent snowfall. Came to the parking ground which goes down a bit of a slope from the main road. Going down I already noticed that the very wet snow (about 8 inches) and the soft muck/grass underneath had turned into a deadly combination. Apart from our Disco there were only families in normal cars there. We hadn`t even got out of the car when the first guy next to me was stuck. After a bit of fruitless pushing I offered him a tow which he gladly accepted. I was a bit sceptical myself whether the Disco would make it....so in I hopped in, Terrain response on GGS, selected 2nd in Command Shift....and completely forgot to put her into low range!!! Result? The Disco pulled the car up the slope with no effort at all....the wheels didn't even spin once!!!! Unbelievable! I pulled up another two cars after that....every time in 2nd gear and GGS and had no problem at all! The people all had kids in the car and would have been completely stuck. They were so grateful. One woman said: "You have a great car!" I had to agree. Put a smile on my face....

It's great when you can help out people who would have otherwise been in the ST
Good on you
