I have just spoken with the owner of the campsite, and we can have our own area. Cost per tent or caravan is £17.50 per night, with up to 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults per unit.
The bookings are coming in fast, and he will need a list of names and phone numbers to check people in on arrival. I have told him that I will confirm things as far as possible by next Monday evening so let me know if you are in asap.
I have told him that I reckon around 20 tents/caravan units is predicted, but its flexible.
Someone needs to get there Wednesday eve, or Thursday morning to rope off the area, and erect the flag  I may be able to get there Thursday, I'm not sure yet.
The dates are 20th/21st/22nd July, there are additional camping dates either side of these if you require.

The rate I have got is discounted by a couple of quid per night.
This is a great (probably the greatest) Land Rover show there is. People come from all over the Europe to see this, its massive.
The off-road course is fun too (see my avatar) Silver TDV6 HSE

I'm going to try and get both Thursday and Friday off, if I do I'll be there in the middle of Thursday.
I take it we need to sort ourselves out with regards entry to the actual show? mooie koplampen

The camp fee includes show entry each day! I believe. Confirmed, its all included. Silver TDV6 HSE

Well after spending this weekend getting totally soaked and covered in mud (must remember to put shoes on when going out of the tent for a tinkle) looks like we could be signing up for this one  For use of a 4x4 site and driver training pm me

Been wanting to go to Billing for years but never had the chance. (Kids too young).
Will be giving the rooftent a second outing!
Is it possible to split the signup for Friday, Saturday or both?
