| Another Wiltshire Event ! - Sunday 16th September 2007 |
|
Planning another wilts event. Two routes.
1) similar as last time . a few ruts, some tracks and hopefully a bit of mud
2) a bit more difficult, possible damage if not driven carefully. Guarenteed to get stuck, but recoverable (Lane From Hell - All the Way !!) This is not a route for beginners !!
Both routes may consist of a "Treasure Hunt" type approach (if I get time to work one out !!)
sign up now Duncan

I'm in It's an access weekend, so will need to swap things around with she who must be paid for another 11 years, but there's enough time between now and September for me to get through her veil of spitefulness and work something out. Please take a ticket and make yourself comfortable. I'll be along with a sarcastic comment shortly.

Duncan, can we please have someone with recovery gear in the "Easy" route? Just in case. The lanes were quite dry when we were there the last time around, but if it's wet and muddy ... I think potentially we can get stuck. TDV6 SE

Glad to see there's a few more going with the Easy option. Thought I was going solo there for a while.
I would imagine that we would still have an experienced group leader with us.........? Club MTR

A valid point there Bodsy and SuFun. Not sure if I'll have my winch fitted by then (doing a spot of budgetary planning this weekend) but I'd be happy to help out on the "easy" (a relative term) route if needed as I have pretty much everything else needed to dig a car out of the cack. I've swapped my sign-up accordingly. Please take a ticket and make yourself comfortable. I'll be along with a sarcastic comment shortly.

Recovery not a problem. I may take the defender with the harder group and Mrs DiscoDunc can use the D3 (winch front and rear ) in the easy group Duncan

I'd like to come and play, is this one for the ankle biters to attend or should I make other arrangements for them?
