The black camels on mine do not show up...
I have the rubbing strips but do not like them this far up the doors. It spoils the slab-sided design. I'd re/move them except I understand there will be a line where the PO has some scratches repaired and they used the rubber strip to paint up to. Taking them off would leave more painting to be done...

Accessory only, standard height as in Alan B & my pics but it's not an exact science.

Anthony, I have the strips in the same place.
They are right at the part of tr door that imho is most likely to get damaged by other people opening doors into it.
Mine are staying put!
I would leave the camels on.

I know what you mean; they are in the most vulnerable spot. Just wish they didn't destroy the looks. But then I guess dents do that too.
