Genuine brake pipes front to rear (ran out of time to make copper one )
Rebuilt the turbo nothing wrong with the old one just wanted to try out a new CHRA before I sell a couple of rebuilt ones plus done the mod to make turbo removal easier with the body on.
New intercooler hose set
Drill and pulled out all 6 glow plugs (well only 3 as I done 3 back along) and I may have found a bit of a solution to removing them but can go into that another time
New thermostat
New water pump
A proper Split charge system (piranha) and removed my home made one.
Both timing belts again
Fan belt
Air filter
Brake fluid flush

New outer window weatherstrips
Retreat of wax oil
And I'm sure there's some more that ive forgotten

Rear top arms
Rear H/brake shoes discs and pads

Hi Woody
I read this post with interest as I am in the middle of giving the old gal a similar "good seeing too"
I would be interested to know more about your possible solution for Glow Plug removals. I read your other post about having to take the head off etc but if you have found a secret method without resorting to such drastic action then I'd be keen to hear it...as I am sure would be other members.
Apologies if you have posted under a separate topic and I have missed it.
Cheers

Hi grzesiul
Sorry I missed your post
My facilities have down graded from my last big operation back when I done the engine but still it's dry and secure and no one to moan about it being in the way
I've always been one to try and fix something rather than fit new parts, but it's a dying trade sadly.

Glow plugs
Unfortunately there's no easy way but it can be done with time and patience using the glow plug removing kit from A/F
I did learn a lot from doing mine and found out something that might help others if there in no rush and i will post a new topic on that asap
I didn't remove the heads but with the tool I used in my other post supplied by advance factors I had to remove the R/H rocker cover to get a straight line on the front right glow plug and the back 2 plugs were best to do with the body off but if needed you could jack the body up to give you some room rather than take it right off but still not a 5 min job.
Keep your eyes peeled and I will put up a new topic on glow plugs
