Someone ran in to my disco in the carpark...
Came out of a restaurant in York and I was parked quite close, unlocked the doors on the way (as I don't have any fancy keyless stuff) and as I did a lady asked if it was mine, I replied 'yea' to which she said 'I've just reversed in to you...
Fortunately I had pulled in to the space forward but I could see the damage on her 63plate Yaris...
Expecting the worst I looked at the back of the disco...
Then her husband jumped out of their car... turns out I work with him occasionally!!
Doubt I'm going to even look under it the disco!26 and on the 4th LR..

Could do with a wash.
Apart from that looks fine. To my untrained eye that is.

looks like she may have scuffed your ball cover when she reversed into you. Must be awkward when you know the hubby. It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.

I didn't get a picture of their car. It was awkward enough!
It had a 50mm hole punched in the bumper though!

Be careful if there were no witnesses, they might try and claim from you!! friendship and being working colleagues tend to go out the window when something like this happens. Hope you get it sorted.

Cheers Barry,
I was with a friend who would act as a witness for me.
My colleague also text me saying sorry and let them know if any damage was caused... Pretty black and white!!
More of an excuse to buy the two channel blackvue 26 and on the 4th LR..

Twice someone has driven into the back of mine. Once was just a light bump in a car park but the other time was when queueing on the M5 and someone drove into the back of me. They weren't going that fast but it was a fair jolt. Fortunately, the only damage to the D3 was to the tow ball cover. Their car, on the other hand...
I didn't hang around as the traffic started moving and it was the middle lane. Needless to say, after my response, they will be more careful in future. Mine got punted on the IoW - she actually moved the towbar and crushed the exhaust but I was still able to drive it away.
Not quite the same story for her Corolla
Funniest bit was the recovery guy pacing up and down the road looking for the 'other car', he was convinced there should be 2 write-offs to flat bed away
