For those that didn't witness the event........
How not to test the wading depth of a FL2 (the driver wishes to remain anonymous)
On a serious note, I don't think the air intake is through the wing vent as on the D3, seems to actually be behind the headlight (great design ) TDV6 HSE Auto in Arctic Frost - Hers

It had sucked a fair bit of water into the engine but thankfully not enought to hydro-lock it. I took the air box out and the paper filter was completely sodden, once removed it ran rough for a while and belched smoke and steam but then cleared! A lucky escape. TDV6 HSE Auto in Arctic Frost - Hers

A very lucky escape, can't believe that LR designers put the air intake behind the headlight Zambezi Silver TDV6 HSE, Privacy glass, Side steps and Maxxraxx 5 Bike carrier.

The full video of us getting the bloody thing out and going is jaw dropping, I'm also reliably informed it was later seen at a very healthy motorway speed. Brute force and ignorance, the D3 does the rest.

I was concerned when chain saws appeard to widen gaps others had already passed. On a fun day out I think we should go back instead of cutting down trees, all imho of course TDV6 SE Disco3, Silver

I can confirm we had a chainsaw in our group but it was only used just once to chop a short limb off an already fallen and cut trunk. We decided NOT to touch anything standing and squeeeeeeeezzzed past them with care Steve N | 2006 TDV6 S Auto in Buckingham Blue | Member of the top ten club | Am I online?
