I would love to but the spots, but I'm saving my money at the moment for the important bit "tyres" that has to be my first mod due to where I take my D3! Ps Good to see a fellow BASC supporter showing their sticker 😃

T146 - I have a high pitch coming from somewhere too. I suspect it may be a worn out brake pad. It sounds like worn down brake pad scraping finely on my rotors. Very prominent on freeway speeds. Have not check the brakes yet.
Let me know when you figure yours out.
And yes no regrets in fact I am looking for a 2nd LR3 that needs attention.

I originally thought it was either a wheel bearing or the front diff! But none of them have any play or signs of a problem! I was considering doing the V8 brake disc swap maybe that might cure it! I have wondered if it's the transfer box!! ðŸ˜

They are the standard LR 17" Wheel fully refurbished and the Tyres are the excellent Kuhmo KL71 265/70 17
PS: Only £116 fitted via Black Circles.

Since owning this D3 it's been a massive love hate relationship! Just this month it decided it did not like it's front diff! Then noticed the rocker cover gasket was leaking! (Crap job) but she is back and working today and I've been buying bits over the last couple of months and spent the evening bolting it all on! To say I'm happy is and understatement! Ps she is still a bitch though haha so I have added the following which is nothing unique but my taste!
HSE 19" alloys powder coated black and shod with GG
Beanie grill
RAI
Light guards
Personal plate
heko window deflectors
And finally the Disco 3 club sticker on the back!
