the genuine one uses the standard boot rubber mat with an add on bit apparently.
i bough the add on bit to go over 2nd row seats when folded for protection.
you might be able to pick up a rear one pretty cheap and just pay high price for add on.
they lock together like the rubber read mats do. XC90 T8 R Design Pro

I use a LR D3 full length protector that covers full load area with 2nd and 3rd row fully folded, plus protects the front seat backs and sides of the load area - its a bit fiddly to fit but when its in, its great - many a messy trip to the tip, picking up Christmas trees etc. all done without mess.
I got it about 9 years ago from LR - cant rememember how much, but wasnt cheap.
Maybe try ebay etc.

You could consider rubber matting "off the roll" from any good industrial equipment supplier if you could be bothered cutting it to fit. Not sure if they would do it wide enough though. I did it on a VW Caravelle many years ago and I think I joined it quite successfully with duct tape.
