You don't get 10% for driving without due care! I was shunted in stationery traffic on the autobahn a few years back by a bloke in an Audi A3 who was texting and driving. My Volvo V70 was written off as was his right leg! I can't believe the amount of people that use their phones whilst driving, whether that's for texting or taking photos. To me it's as socially unacceptable as drink driving. You probably never expected a response like this from your original post, but think on.

At what point did I state that "I" was taking the picture?
At what point did I state that the picture was taken on a mobile phone? - Infact it was my wife with a digital camera to avoid Autoflash.

Easily said in hindsight. Of course you took the photo, even if you didn't getting your missus to lean over so the camera is square on to the dash is a distraction at least. It's prats like you, speeding and pulling stunts like taking photos of the dash whilst driving close to 3 tons of vehicle that cause accidents every day. It's normally some other poor sod that pays the price. My high horse is grazing on the morale high ground at the moment, a place I hold with good reason. Nothing wrong with a V70 either, it saved my bacon when faced with a driver like you.

More interestingly and to suit you:
"in Hindsight" if it were a D3 not an A3 I wouldn't be having to reply to this on my mobile while banging it down the M1 at 77mph!
