gone
Well the old D3 has now gone to her new owner in Swindon
Got to say this was the saddest day ive ever had regarding a car and i really was attached to the old girl
Her new owner Chris is an ex D2 man so has disco pedigree and i was happy that he was a suitable candidate to have her and he passed the interview
i did have another potential buyer as well but he hadnt had a disco before and i felt it would have been like letting a poodle owner buy a rottweiler so despite his enthusiasm i went the Swindon route.
ive sold the virtues of this forum to chris so fully expect him to become a forum user soon so be sure to give him a warm welcome guys when he arrives.
ive yet to attach to the D4 the way i did with the D3 but then i suppose its a case of "you never forget your first " all i can say is its big shoes to fill

The D4 will fill them, and overflow. After you sort out a few niggles all will be fine and that old D3 will just be happy memories, believe me been there as have many others Nothing is foolproof as the ingenuity of fools is endless.
