| D3 to D4 wing cutting template? |

Hi all,
I'm in the process of face-lifting my D3 to an early D4 and would really find it useful to have the wing cutting template if anyone has it still? I've travelled a dozen threads here and can see that a lot of the original information was deleted by the user, and found two links to the template but neither of them are still there, both just give a 404 file not found error.
I have found a thread with some measurements showing the difference from another user which I am very grateful to find, but would feel a lot safer having a paper template to cross-reference with.
If anyone has the original file I will be forever in your debt and promise an endless supply of tea and biscuits (the good biscuits...) should you ever find yourself in deepest darkest west Wales.
