BoBo's D3 HSE
Let me have the pleasure of showing you my latest purchase and the reason I haven't stopped smiling since Saturday!!

as in the title it's (No name yet!!) a D3 HSE 09 plate. it was a bit more than I wanted to spend but not a bad price for what it is and seeing as it's at the 85 mileage and just about to turn 7 I managed to get a years warranty of the garage as a just in-case.
Still playing around with it and getting to know it and I'm sure I'll ask loads of stupid questions along the way, but I know how valuable a forum can be having owned a D2 for the best part of 7 years.
So here starts my D3 adventure.

Why can I only post part of a reply? I did say I'm toying with the idea of going with chrome for the side mirrors, air vent and handles, plus I want to dog proof the back with a guard and some type of cover, but I haven't seen anything yet.

NOOOOOO Chrome...Don't do it...Chrome fits into 2 categories, beautiful classics or rusty mercs and bmw's. If you want some mods, Go body coloured mirrors and handles. Looks much 8)
Nice example!3 Flash Indicators
Clock on Dash
GVIF & Reverse Camera
D4 Bluetooth
EGR's Blanked

Nice looking car. Did you get the dealer to do the big service? Timing belts to be changed at 105k or 7 yrs.

No unfortunately they wouldn't do the big service as its not officially due till next year, that's how I managed to get the warranty of him.
reference the chrome, wouldn't all silver be a bit to much silver?
I'm on nights this week so will be able to stalk all the silver d3 owners on here and see what they've done!
