First mods on my new D3 HSE
Hi All
Finally put my plates and sticker on this morning!
Can't decide whether to get my wheels powder coated black or not
Just about to order some new LED interior lights and then I guess the front fogs will need sorting too as they are misty!
She's booked in to Green Oval on Monday for the first of many visits over the next few months....her last owners didn't give her much attention so following a health check last week I've got a list of things to sort which is fine, having done quite a bit of research on here, I knew this was going to be an expensive hobby
Out of interest what car mats have you guys got? The current ones are a bit small...ideally looking for original LR carpet ones but struggling to find some. There are literally hundreds of non brand ones online but just unsure what to go for!
Many thanks
James

Genuine rubber mats are great, easy to keep clean, granted they're not the most luxurious of items but I think they offer the best protection.
Gloss black rims would look sweet:-)

Hi James,
I've got the rubber mats too - all 3 rows For me its not a carpet mat sort of motor......
See you are close enough to walk home from Green Oval garage - did you move there when you got the D3 for convenience?!

I think you're both probably right about the rubber mats....the carpet ones will getting filthy within 10 minutes!
Green Oval literally is 5 mins away which is great! I did notice them when we first moved to Gildersome knowing one day I would be getting a Disco

I'm torn on the rear lights....I'd hate to buy them and them swap back haha!
Are they around £400?

Another for LR rubber mats. I've still got the original carpet mats and occasionally pop them back in if we're on 'clean' duties but 99% of the time the rubber ones are in. Good quality, hard wearing and easy to clean.Arthur.
Comedy was a horse, Harvey a dog, both sadly gone. Thought I was choosing a password!
