Entered the club!
Well I’ve had my Discovery 3 SE auto for nearly 4 weeks and we’ve been all over from the Newcastle are to the lakes and Lincolnshire. I mostly bought it for towing the horse box (and horses obviously) but it has quickly replaced my A4 as my goto vehicle.
There was an issue with the compressor which hadn’t reared itself on testing at the dealership or by the owner who was driving it about at the time. The dealers (Motor Port) have so far been great and booked it in at a specialist to get it investigated and repairs at their expense. Awaiting a new compressor but so far can’t fault them.
There's an ok set of Grabber tyres on it at the moment which are really quite noisy at anything above 40mph. Looking to replace these with a set of Pirelli Scorpion tyres once the purse allows.
It’s done 97k and requires belts soon. Debating and will probably do a transmission flush. The dash reports an amazing 22-23 mpg so I guess I need to look at the egr and MAP sensor.
Very pleased with it I must say.

Just a thought, but the belts are due at 105K OR 7yrs, whichever comes first. Might be worth checking for evidence that they have been done already or have them done. Just my tuppence worth and welcome to the madhouse!

del does have a very good point , although bali blue pictures do send me to the toilet, good job I don't own one
My old banger's far too old for Bali Blue, good old Buck version positively sings in the sunshine, on the rare occasion when it's clean.
