cotefarm,
I had a look at that company but only seem to do 'old' TD5 and TD6's???
How long did they take to upgrade your car. Was it a chip change?
Cheers

No just a re-program. They had a map ready so it took around 20 minutes. TDV6 HSE Auto in Arctic Frost - Hers

£250+ Vat which was why I chose them TBH
+ Much faster
+ More responsive
+ Better MPG
- Smokes under heavy throttle
All in for what I paid I am very happy but I am sure the Torq Tune is a better product and will probably give more power, less smoke etc. TDV6 HSE Auto in Arctic Frost - Hers

I had a bird's eye view of Ironman's exhaust when he was pulling away from me at full throttle, and there is a little bit of smoke, but it looks about like the normal amount to me. Ironman's D3 has about 60 thousand Km on it too.
I will get some comparative testing done once I get my own D3 back, and put some video up on the BB if I can.
My opinion from experiencing just a few D3 TorqTune's is that there is no excessive smoke under heavy throttle, or to rephrase - there does not appear to be any difference in smoke output compared to a non-tuned vehicle.
There does appear to be a difference in Permagrin on the face of the driver though!
Maybe when Ironman gets back home he can post some feedback from his experiences
EDIT - mine smokes a bit, under wide open throttle at low revs, but then it is an "extreme" tune, and for one purpose only - blowing everything else into the weeds! Remap and TTBox available for most vehicles
