Was there an HSE Lux version of the LR3?
I just bought a 2008 LR3 HSE with the HD package. It is Buckingham Blue with 80,000 miles. Was there an HSE Lux version for the LR3? If so, what was included that the HSE didn't have?
Thanks.

I think there was the HSE and then the Metropolis which is basically a HSE with all the options and Im sure they could be got as options on a std HSE.
I slept in the garden last night under a bivouac in just my shorts to get some practise in
I think that's why I am up early and have 2 toes and a finger missing

Hey farupp,
No HSE LUX spec for the LR3 - the HSE is the top spec. I believe the only differences between the two North American specs in 2008 SE (what I have) & the HSE is a more cranking stereo with 7.1 surround with rear seat headphones, better leather, adaptive zeons, a few more interior trim bits and I think the full size spare. Other options available in the HSE were the rear DVD player. My SE has fridge, rear climate with heated rear seats, NAV, zeons, HD package, sunroof so pretty loaded as a base model. Whish I had the cranking stereo though Stewart

Thanks, scraig. My LR3 also has the locking rear diff. The Harmon Kardon sound system is fantastic; if the bass is turned all the way up it might vibrate the car apart.Frank
