take the inner door card off and push it out that way, cant really do any more damage and if you don't like the result then get it painted. you might be lucky and get it to pop out or pull it out with one of those window suction cups.
could save you a few £

Well I think we just sort of did try it......dropped my son off at football, he did his usual slam the door as he gets out and I heard a pop.....the then opened the door again to say that the main dent just popped out
He then asked for money for fixing it

Bit of a shame that, now the main dent has popped back in, so i‘m going to live with it (doesn‘t look to bad from a distance with one eye closed ) and keep an eye out on eBay & MMJIggy/Ieuan
