I'm almost embarrassed to say how much the interior cost me . . . . Embarassed tried not to count everything up to much along the way, but without digging out al the receipts, over 4K but under 5k
Thanks m99pet ,

Like those seats, it lifts the black dash to make it look better.

Love the red interior. Maybe a beanie grille with a different colour insert just to break up the front end a bit. otherwise a great job.

Very nice job. Looks
What did you have to change to fit the D4 door cards. Hoping to do the same in the coming weeks. Do the 2015 door cards fit the D3?

I agree, stick with what you have!!
I bought everything in dries and drabs as I could get it and never really realised quite how much everything had cost! Don't get me wrong there is a few pounds to get back selling your old bits but it doesn't come close to the final cost, though I absolutely LOVE red leather I think sticking with black or cream factory colours would have halfed the cost. But the money I have already poured in to the car I thought f**k it, let's make the car individual (but now I am like ouch I'll regret this when I sell it for the next project hahaha)

Did nun and hey about that one, but landed on the fact the front looked to plain without them, your black looks good tho, so maybe it was how I was feeling at the time or the fact it's white???
Your stainless grip piece doesn't have an oval badge recess?? Is it a genuine LR part??
I was a bit anal during my build and would only use landrover parts where possible so mine came with a badge hole - like your plain one

Yeah the 2015 ones fit
One of those 5% bits I've not got round to yet is the window switches, d3/d4 switch packs are different plugs, pins and switch size. I was so over the project buy time I go to this bit it was one of those bits I can live with for now so just put the d3 switches in to the holes for now, they don't fit 100% but I plan to use some black Perspex and make my own to fit. Maybe changing the plugs and wiring is possible if your technically enclined a bit more than me.
Absolute great mod tho, really freshens up the interior think it's just the piano black trim really but I I love the change!

2014 48 Sportster, absolutely love it! Sounds Insane! Was all black when I got it but was really bland so got a custome tank done in white carbon fibre, then added the White Walls and wow what a difference! Retro but new . . . . What a combo!
Ordered a Breakout tho so shall be parting company with this little beauty shortly
Breakout is radio active green, which admittedly is a little marmite ish . . Love or hate
I'm so anal about detail and things looking so so right, loved the disco and bike matching, I'll take I'll to the colour clash
