Removing the trim to fit camera

I know there is loads of posts about fitting rear view cameras.

I think I know now how the wiring works now,

I just wanted to fit it this weekend and wanted to know the how to run the wires from the rear to the front of the car, and where the wires are going how easy are the trims going to be to clip or screw off ect....?

Cheers if anyone can help

All the trims just pop off, difficult bit is getting the cable through the rubber grommet at the top of the tailgate.
