Further investigation req

Bit of an odd one this Shocked
We've had a trip to the Trafford Centre this eve. Everything was normal to start with ,filtered onto the motorway at cheadle and accelerated up to about 75mph (nothing aggressive ) . Then all of a sudden I got what I can only describe as a thump under the car .Definately did not run over anything however immediately after , the car started to vibrate I would say similar to a driveline vibration . I slowed to about 50mph and carried on. Once we arrived I had a quick look under the car ,nothing hanging off and no fluids escaping Smile .So we did our shopping and returned to the car .The journey home was normal ,no vibration at any speed and the vibration did not return again . Anyone had similar ? I'm going to put it on a ramp sat and have a good look .
