Loss of power

Hi all looking for some assistance, I have what is a whistle/whine when accelerating and have very little power below 2000 rpm. I've seen it could be turbo or HPFP and have had esf on a couple of occasions but turn off and back on all ok. I have silicone hoses fitted last year.

Blank your EGR valves first of all Thumbs Up

Ideally, you need to have your fault codes read, to see what system is letting the car down, be it air, fuel, or electrical Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread

Sorry forgot to mention egrs are blanked and I would like to get fault codes read but bad experiences with dealer and Indy. I have emailed you in past about looking at car but couldn't get anything worked out as I was at work when you were in Glasgow.
Ps I would still like you to look at it if you can. Chris
