Did you manage to find one?
In HSE spec there is a total of 385 on the British roads, so they are very few & far between.
I absolutely love mine & can see why nobody wants to sell. They are quite simply awsome vehicles.

V8 is the way to go! Very rare issues.
My V8 has 103,600 miles I have owned it for 5 years. It's been a solid truck. I drove it 4 times RT from NYC to Los Angeles in 1 year in winter storms. That's 3,000 miles each way 12,000 miles, plus off-road in the California desert, rocks etc at 112 F. Drove up to the Sierra Nevada's. Also driving in terrible Los Angeles traffic, bad NYC traffic. And still going!
Repairs the usual; lower control arm bushings at 58K, thermostat at 80K, expansion tank sensor 85k, tailgate latch at 88K All taken care by warrantee. Replaced cowl at 98K.
I did all the service on time. My break lines are rust free, no suspension issues or leaks (knock on wood).

If it's a well cared for car with good documentation I'd suggest waiving your mileage figure; it's arbitrary at best. The V8 engines seem capable of vastly greater mileage. PAGODA

I spent 6 mths looking for mine, in the end I bought a higher mileage se but I know people hang onto them and for good reason... their great machines, had a few niggles but I don't regret buying it for one minute, mine's petrol only but I prefer it. 54 disco 3 4.4 v8 now gone
