Revs dropping and losing power, any ideas?

Hi all hope your well?

Today after a long run for work the engine seems to lose power when I was near home, I was doing about 30 and its like theres no power, revs go down, really slow? It also took ages to speed up from a standing start at lights, just no kick at all and ambling along.

Any ideas thanks?
