The silver edged rear lights are the D3 upgrade option from back then, you don't see that many of them tbh but they will have been original fit but probably a customer requested upgrade.
Dalek has these fitted to his D3.

The said is not accurate.....

They are not original equipment but are original OEM parts LAND ROVER, are optional taillights and 100% LR that could be installed as original accessory before the D4 went on sale!!

They look like the original LR LED lights that were part of the optional D3 styling kit before the D4 was launched. Quite a few people on here fitted them before the D4 LED's came out. They were originally discussed here: http://www.disco4.com/forum/topic20833.htm...p;start=45 so OEM in a way!
