Heater blower on full speed

Hi, has anybody ever experienced the heater blower running at full speed all the time even if you try to adjust the speed manually?

The only way to stop it is to actually switching the heater off which is not ideal in this weather as car steams up so quickly...

When it fails people certainly experience it. If there are no other issues just replace the blower control module (a big variable resistor) behind the passenger glovebox.
