Came back from France and decided to drive home like Victor Meldrew Laughing
Set cruise control at 55mph and just sat back and let everything Shocked overtake me
and the result? see pic !! (camera phone quality sorry)

Pretty surprised by this (it was an 83 mile trip, motorway and A-roads)

Took some green waste to the local landfill/mulch making place. While I was there I picked up a metre of dirt and about 500kg of wood. When I left the landscaping place with the trailer fully loaded, I really only remembered the trailer was back there because the ride was a bit different than normal.

I certainly had "the grins" as the D3 pulled the trailer like it wasnt even there. Thank goodness for the little trailer light illuminating on the dash when the trailer lights engaged!
Picked up my new MY08 Stornaway TDV6 SE late Feb. FULLY STOKED! Thanks in advance for all the advice/tips you guys have shared on here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drove to work, parked up, finished work, drove home. Could have done it in any car, but this being a D3 the tarmac was handled with ease and I took the "interesting" route home, taking in 4 miles of greenlanes and a couple of fords. Damn these cars rock Thumbs Up

Dropped son at school, picked up client and drove to meeting, parked occupying one place in car park while watching some idiot failing to park some US monstrosity even while occupying two places ( Shocked ), dropped client back at his office, parked in underground car park at my office. Thus demonstrated tht D3 is good family car, good limosine, easy to park, and much more handsome that all the other 4x4 wannabees, and ideal for gliding around the city. Thumbs Up
