a few times whilst driving it went into limp mode

on plugging the iid it came up with a turbo actuator fault

also found out from the technical gurus on here that mine didn't do an actuator self test when the ign was put on

that's why i then found out i could get this update for mine

Good point Mike. Thumbs Up

Before we get inundated with questions, Just to reassure anyone that's had a remap from me, you always get the latest LR engine software, so it will have this actuator process already built in. Thumbs Up

All the '05 vehicles should have been updated during the 2006 Enhancement Program.

In my case it did indeed overwrite the remap, but this was reapplied immediately afterwards and incorporated the latest updates.

Was that really 11 years ago??

Yikes.

Even if this thread was som time ago, I hope someone have a reaction on my question.

When attached to my IID live values I cannot see any movement of the "actuator" when starting the engine. I can though see that it is a testcycle when I shut the engine down.

Is this normal????

Confused Think the update excersised the actuator after the engine was shut down, not on start up so that would be correct AFAIK Thumbs Up
