Severe shake fault found!

Ok, so last week i had a death shake going on, came on suddenly, at 50mph approx and didnt seem to change with acceleration, braking, or such like.
However, when i pulled over to check the wheels (as it felt like a flat tyre or a wheel half hanging off) there was nothing. Pulling away, and the fault was gone and didnt rear its ugly head until now.

Yesterday, being fed up with the EPB squeal every now and then, i followed bodys brake bible and adjusted the shoes, which worked well, the EPB worked fine and no squeal! (Excellent work!)

So to get to the point, driving along today, the shake started, gently, at first rising to an almost uncontrolable shaking, like youre diving full pelt over some severe washboard ground.
I instantly thought the driveshaft center bearing had gone, as again, braking, accelerating made no difference, and into neutral no difference, only speed seemed to make a change.
Getting out, i instantly smell that acrid brake lining burning smell, and the drivers rear wheel smoke pouring out. Checking it, it was coming from the drum part, not the brake caliper.
So i activated the EPB a few times, and tried driving.
Result! The shake has gone, and drove fine!

My thoughts are that OBVIOUSLY theres an issue with that brake shoe set. Perhaps the lining has detatched from the shoe and is causing a problem.
In any case, i bought a complete set of rear EPB shoes and springs and fittings, ready to replace everything.

Does anyone know where i can get the rubber grommets for the adjustment hole? They were missing when i adjusted them, and im sure allowing crud and rubbish in.

I will take pics and do a follow up when i get to do the brakes, be interesting to see whats going on.

Editd to remove the dumbass spelling and grammar mistakes my IPad thinks it needs to auto change!

Mine did exactly the same and it turned out to be nearside rear caliper that needed replacing Thumbs Up

Pretty sure when the wheel is on it covers the adjustment hole.
Have you got the IID tool, makes fitting the shoes a lot easier otherwise it can be a swine.

Definently NOT the caliper, thats now been checked again, the shuddering only goes away when the epb is cycled.
Ive got a Hawkeye total which i can set service brakes on.

And there you go
Took the Drivers rear off today after ANOTHER bout of shake, to find This:

Checked calliper and its fine, so I was correct about the ePub shoes causing the fault

Done the other side today,
That had some bad breakage on the trailing shoe, but the handbrake cable lever was siezed solid.
For a vehicle with a full landrover service history, the last full service was done 6k ago, and the receipt says new brakes fitted, both pads and discs, im shocked that they would have ignored any servicing of the EPB shoes!

Problem is most people who have automatics tend to use the park function on the gearbox rather than the EPB so it fails through lack of use.

Use it or lose it...
