2007 Discovery 3 4.0 V6 Petrol SE Auto Java Black

Basic radio connectors

2007 SE with Basic Radio - there are two connectors on the rear of the radio, one is connector 1354 which I have all the information on, what is the other one and what does it feed. I have looked through the wiring diagrams but cannot seem to find it.
I think it feeds the speaker in the rear quarter panel but not sure as it does not show on the diagrams.
Any info or diagrams would be helpful

Thanks for that but I had been through those and the wiring diagrams. They do not show a connection to the rear quarter panel speaker, it shows up in the operation description but not in any diagram. If I can find the connector number I may be able to track it down

2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Rimini Red

The smaller connector is for the aux input and microphone.

Aux input is red, blue and black/shield

Mic and red and black

Have you got the head unit with keypad on it ? G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Many thanks, that means I do not need to bother with it on my new HU as this has all that built in.

No, its only the basic unit

Base model radio would not have speakers to rear quarter

Keypad version head unit .. all wires for speaker are from amp

Little connector is shown on the wiring diagram

You'll have this one then

There is only aux in that connector ..and you'll probably find it's terminated in the footwell G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Thanks for that, I did not realise that it was an input and was not used on SE
