unlocking using keyless option on D4

Hi Guys, my 2011 HSE locks fine by fob and keyless on doors however if I want to unlock by pressing the doors it just seems to re-lock itself, although it has unlocked correctly on a few occasions. Any thoughts from you clever lot ?

you don't need to press the button on the handle to unlock the doors (the button is just for locking 1 press or 2 depending on whether you want to deadlock). Just walk up to the car (with the key in your pocket) and open the door normally. Thumbs Up

Yep, the buttons only lock the vehicle. I have mine set to superlock on a single press of any button, unlock driver's door only when grasped and unlock of all doors by grabbing any of the other handles.

I tend to use the rear door lock button (rather than the driver's door) when leaving the vehicle as it is on the way to the boot to grab my stuff.

Thumbs Up

When in Jo-burg I took the precaution of carrying a gun.
