Cruise Control Retrofit
Hi All,
Just purchased my first D4 59 plate GS. I'm looking to fit cruise control and been reading a few threads but need to clarify a few things. So as far as I can tell, I replace both left and right switches on the wheel, then get it activated.
Currently I've seen a set from a 2014 D4 on ebay. Would these work? Or would I need a set from the same year but higher spec?
You only need the cruise switch, expect to pay about £50 secondhand, then yes you need it activating, done a few now, but sandly you're a distance off Altox GSM FBH controller thread

Thanks beanie. I read on another thread that the left and right switches should match? Is that correct?

Done a few of these on D4's now. Hardest part is finding a reasonably priced switch My D3 Build Thread

Yea ive been looking at them. Not sure if the 59 plate gs had the heated steering wheel wiring though. Also the non functioning flappy paddles may annoy me in the future!
Might bite the bullet and just buy them. Just hope i get the mail before the mrs on that day!

So far I've not found any without the wheel attached. Varying from 150 - £200
