Disco 4 headlight Stain removal

Hi I just changed my disco 3 to a 2011 disco 4 the jeep is in great condition but one of the headlights looks as if it is fogged up inside but it maybe is just stained in the glass inside from being fogged up before.
Has anyone encountered this or has a fix without having to buy a new headlight? Club Venom Remap
