[For Sale] 32 Litres of Castrol Actevo 2T - site donation

I’ve sold my Disco 3 after fewer miles than I originally anticipated & thus the balance of my stock of Castrol Actevo 2T is for sale.

The last price I saw was £8.99 a litre here:-

https://www.24mx.co.uk/castrol-actevo-2t-mineral-oil

I have two unopened cases of 12 x 1 litres plus another 8 single 1 litres. I don’t want the fuss of packing & shipping in small lots, so I’m looking for someone to collect & pay £128 for the lot - that’s the equivalent of £4.00 a litre. Purchaser collects or pays cot of delivery

Provided I achieve my asking price, which I expect to, £1.00 a litre will be donated to this site.

Please respond here not by PM. PRICE REDUCED

Any reason why you're not using it in the D4 ?

Yes - my understanding is that it's not compatible with DPF. I'd be delighted to be proved wrong, I'm convinced that it contributed to the good fuel consumption of my D3; 25.5 MPG over 81.7k miles. Up to 31 MPG on a long run.

From what I'm led to believe, as long as it's Jaso FC it's fine with a DPF. I'm using it in mine Thumbs Up

Most people use a 1:200 ratio, so 425 ml for a full tank I. I tend to work on 500 ml for a full tank & pro ratia.

Mineral JASO FC is the most commonly available, and is usually the cheapest.

Fully synthetic 2sO does not burn ashfree and as such is not suitable for vehicles with DPF.
This is aside from the fact that it is substantially more expensive than normal mineral or
semi-synthetic 2sO conforming to JASO-FC
