Prospeed Roof Rack flooring

Hi all, was wondering if anyone who has one of the Disco 3 Prospeed roof racks can get me some measurements of the flooring panels that they use. I'm wanting to use them on a small rack i'm making for my camper and want to know the dimension.

total width
total height
space between holes for mounting
and distance hole to hole for mounting on cross rails

i see there is two 4 hole panels and one 3 hole panel measurements for both would be much appreciated
