Just bought myself a LR expo rack but it doesn't have any mounting hardware. I don't need the front legs just the track fittings at the rear.

Morning
I had the similar problem
What I did was to buy large flat washers and bolts - the washers fit the slots in the rear runners
One beneath the lip - land the rack - then bolt down as normal
Carried bikes, timber tyres and rims all on the rack with no movement or issues
Saves time
Can mock up and send a photo if required (I don't have the rack anymore) Yes another one...
