Well mine went in yesterday, not sorted but I think they may be getting somewhere, when replicating the conditions for the fault to occur the traction control light briefly came on, and when in low range going forwards or backwards it sounds as if the abs is kicking in and briefly braking a wheel (don't know which yet though) The mechanic thinks it may be a promblem with one of the drive shafts giving the tc / abs sensors dodgy readings then it tries to brake that wheel, it's going back in next week, he's going to put it on a machine that will tell him which corner the abs is kicking in on.
Will keep you updated.
Dave.

Thanks for that Dave, hope they get to the bottom of it soon. My first thought was that it might be one of the traction control sensors, but I have not noticed the traction control light coming on with mine. It does feel exactly the same as traction control kicking in though so hopefully it will be related to that and not the transfer box🤞

Ok, Another update, after another look today my mechanic is suspecting front diff, to be fair he is getting on a bit and i think it's a bit too much for him so he has put me in touch with a local indie that can sort it so it's going in there next week. Will keep you all updated.

Hi
I had a lot of vibration with mine.
It turned out to be the dual mass flywheel. Changed complete clutch and DMF.
Drives like a new car now.
Cheers

Is it there all the time?
I have a shuddering (rubble) under acceleration (like I've got a flat spot on the tyre) but mine seems to go away. It's not there at the moment but I recently fixed my EPB and suspension issues.

Hi, no this is not a constant vibration, only happens under certain conditions and when it does it's more of a locking up sensation. If your getting constant vibration I would check your rear prop shaft bearing.

Apologies for the delay in updating this thread, problem now solved, it's had a new prop shaft and she's as good as new Again, I sort of new there was nothing major wrong as mines had a new gearbox and tc and most other drive related things have been replaced, So I hopefully it's the same fault on yours and it's an easy fix.
Dave.

It's had the front and rear prop shafts changed, the front wasn't too bad decided to have it done for piece of mind.
