Very odd wheel issue - wheel causing brake issues?

Here are the details - this one has me puzzled...

Front passenger rotor became warped after about 100km and caused severe vibration during braking

Assumed it was a caliper sticking issue, so greased up the calipers and replaced the front rotors with OEM. THEN I CROSS-ROTATED THE TYRES.

Now about 100km after the service, my rear driver side wheel is burning hot and without removing the wheel yet, I suspect the same thing is happening...

This is more than a coincidence... Anyone ever see anything where a tyre or wheel would cause issues with the brakes? Balancing issue maybe?

Much thanks!

Is it not pure coincidence and your calipers or sliders are beginning to seize because of age or condition?

How about replacing Rear drivers with the spare, to see what happens. Is the wheel distorting the rotor, not what I would expect , but worth a try.

Could the fitting surface of the wheel be damaged causing the disc to become poorly aligned, thus rubbing and overheating?
