Adblue - range remaining & reading

I have had my 2016 MY Landmark for some six weeks, during which time I have driven c. 1,800 miles.

I have been checking the oil & Adblue levels regularly. On delivery the Adblue range was c. 16k miles, and now 1,800 miles later the range is unchanged - presumably this is a fault which needs investigation & rectification?

Unconnected to this is that although the oil level showed as correct when the car was delivered, a couple of weeks later it showed overfilled. LRA came out & corrected the issue by pumping oil c. 500 cc of oil, where it came from is a mystery; the problem hasn't reoccurred though.

I mention this as I have suspicions that the dash display may not be very accurate?

Oil level reading is notoriously unrealiable Exclamation

The adblue reading seems to drop in lumps rather than gradually.

It would appear consumption can vary greatly in the way it is driven, certainly seems that alot more is consumed if driven very hard, likewise if driven gently the usage is minimal.

Sounds like you have been driving very gently which would increase range though obviously you have travelled 1,800 miles

I had my adblue refilled after around 12K miles, I wouldn't worry about it unless it hasn't moved after say 4 or 5 k

The car is going in for warranty work on Wednesday; should I raise the issues of the inaccurate oil & Adblue levels?

It seems to me to pretty pointless to have a system that doesn't work; I'm really Censored that there's no dipstick.

My D4 apparently took a 12 litres top up of Ad Blue at the first service last week, after 12k miles or so. The reported level seemed to reduce gradually over the year although I don't check it that often tbh.
