USB movies

I'm trying to put some movies on a USB and play them in the car. But I'm not having much luck. They are currently mp4 which after looking on here, I think they need to be DivX.
Can anyone shed some more light on this and
Can anyone recommend a good program to do the conversions on a Mac.
Thank you

I've always used HandBrake for Mac to do my video conversions - https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
 Cheers Scott.

I'm having this very same issue trying to load movies onto USB for use in RSE, it's an absolute minefield as far as I'm concerned and I would consider myself pretty savvy with computers Big Cry

Lucky for you seems Landrover have not configured this one Thumbs Up

I had to download DVIX program, easy enough to use, though not that quick, depends also on quality output you want.

Seem to remember you had to get a code from car then you play short vid to enable it all.

No way would it play mp4 before or after Big Cry

You only need the code if you want to play videos you've purchased via the DIVX site.

Have a look here: http://www.disco4.com/forum/topic127650.html?highlight=Divx
