POOR DAB RECEPTION

I have discovered that the cable from my rear Blackvue camera is the reason for the poor DAB radio reception I have been getting and wanted to know if others have had the same issue.

Not really wanting to reroute the cable I was wondering if there is any product I could put around the cable like a foil tape perhaps that might act as a screen ? Defender 300Tdi 110 HCP - Keswick Green

I have a mini ddpa in rear my dab is fine except when I pass a bus as it affected by its wifi at times.
