Anyway, back on topic.

There are other potential areas that may leak into passenger side front footwell apart from the sunroof drain that has already been mentioned.

N/S external A-pillar trim can leak if its been disturbed say due to a screen replacement and also the scuttle panel can leak if not fitted properly again this could be after a screen replacement. The latter can leak onto the pollen filter. you can easily check for a wet pollen filter by lowering the lower glovebox fully and pollen filter is behind.

I'd be surprised if it's the sunroof on a 14 plate but then I've been surprised before.

Well my 2013 needed clearing out last year, so a 2014 this year makes sense. Thumbs Up

I have to park under a pine tree which drops lots of sap and needles, so that doesn't help matters. All my Discos have needed regular pipe clearance!

hi

good point regarding the A pillars , Thumbs Up , done mine soon after i got my disco , wet carpets , no sunroof

didn't know about the pollen filter issue, will check that out , also i'm not going to bother with my greyish scuttle panel , just buy a new one as i see from other posts that the best thing to do

gstuart - Here's an old thread about the scuttle panel / pollen filter leak.
