Discovery Roof tent?

I'm on the road to the Dalmatian coast and got chatting to a polish couple that had what appeared to be a purpose built slim line roof tent on their disco 3.

They had no idea of its history as it came with the vehicle.

Never seen or heard of anything like it.

I want one! 😎

I haven't in person, but usually that type of conversion is done by the Dutch, it might be a tax thing aswell
