Hard to start when warm,

Hi guys,

The Disco has an interesting problem,

When its cold, not been used all night, the car starts up as it should, drives well etc,
but when its warmed up, turn off the motor, then try to re start it, it takes a far bit of turning, but does start, then seems to run ok,

any ideas ?

Had this on an earlier Disco and was found to be a noisy signal from the crankshaft sensor, removed and cleaned it and was fine from then on. Thumbs Up

Just to double cheek, you mean the one at the bottom of the motor and not the one at the top right of the motor,

How tricky was it to get at the bottom one ?

I had similar on an X5.

That turned out to be 2 dodgy injectors.
Had them refurbed and all ok after that
