question regardind rear antiroll bar
has anyone had any experience changing the rear roll bar as I need to change mine,i was wondering whether it can be removed from the underneath out through the side or will I need to remove lots of parts to gain clearance thanks for any replysplease excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

Did mine a couple of years back, it's a body off job, well lifted anyway. You need to slacken off the body mounts down both sides and raise the body just enough to pass the roll bar out. reason to change is I was going to fit new bushes as I can see daylight through them but the bar is very rusty and crusty so fitting new bushes prob will not last too long,after a bit of research it looks like a mare of a job so I bodged it in the true landrover style by loosening the brackets lifting the bush and inserting a metal shim under the rubber then retightening the bushes
must have done the job as I can no longer see light through the bush please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

Replacement bushes are cheap and sounds like yours were worn, possible knocking sound
