Just as it says CY. On 'clean' rubber it will protect and leave a matt finish as well as on plastics. You can also spray it into clean arches for a matt finish and a bit of protection. I use it on tyres, arches, door strips and lamp guards
Tyre shine is just a dressing. I buff my bonnet ALL the time
