Speed Cameras and Sat Nav

Has anyone looked into the possibility of a new dvd for the Sat Nav to cover the speeding Cameras around. These things are available on units costing 300 quid so I am sure the infomations out there somewhere and the ability must be in the D3 unit[/b]
