Start Problems at zero degrees

hello everyone ... I can tell you a problem when starting my D3 ... maybe some one had the same experience and can help? we have about zero degrees outside: at starting ceremonies every morning I have the same problems ... there probably one or the other glow plug has gone? ... so well ... but after the car then starts (after preheated twice), I always have to stand on the accelerator otherwise the engine dies immediately (charging indicator light shines because of the low rev counter) ... the following seems to me strange: after a short warming time I try the car to come to motion, but the car takes no gas and moves only at a snail's tempo backwards or forwards - for unclear reason, after few meters snail speed the rev counter increases and the speed of the engine normalizes itself ... when the engine gets worm everything is normal ... seems to me related to the temperature or one of the injectors is responsible for it? .. disco3 / 2004 / 2.7 tdv6 / Battery in good condition/... thank you for your tips and experiences ...Mario
