Battery discharging
Had my D# TDV6 Auto MY08 on the airport parking for 4 days. Many degrees below zero. When picking up it was dead. Jumpstarted and I got home. Left it and next morning dead again. Charged for a couple of hours with an older charger (not pulse). IID said 14.1 Volts when driving. Got away to a shop and bought a new battery. Was good for a couple of days. Cold night and the new battery was dead. Charged wit a CTEK. IID shows 13.8 Volts when driving.
Everything off when the car is at rest.
I now believe it is the generator. How can I test?

Classic alternator failure symptoms.
Run the engine, put a multi meter across the battery and see how it's charging.
Failing alternators can cause all the symptoms you have by creating a dead short and many have also killed their, often brand new, replacement battery. Mods:
Front Fogs + Halos
FBH Remote Control
The 1st Ever RRS Modded Grill
Garmin Nuvi + D4 Surround + Reversing Camera.
D4 Steering Wheel.
Rear Boot Spoiler.
Twin Brake Lights.
Wing Mirror Indicator Repeaters.
Long Roof Rails

I'm not scared, I'm outta here.

In the meantime disconnect your battery It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
