EPB -FIXED- YES !!!!! THANK YOU
After a mare of time it's all done
From a hub change to finding discs to knackered slider pins to no epb a seized h/b cable ,a broken h/b cable circlip a broken h/b cable guide to undefined position of the module

Just came back from a decent run around , I am getting better fuel consumption up by about 3 mpg brakes are stopping very well seems to be running a lot better and the EPB is working smooth and whisper quiet
